First, let’s talk about Health & Wellbeing.

Health & Wellbeing is the field of lifestyle design that focuses on living a healthy life that transforms your health, wellbeing, nutrition, and lifestyle design.  More importantly than not, living in a body that is out of balance, is the root cause of many health challenges, so I use my understanding of education, training, experience, tools, and technology in order to help clients personalize information and design a health plan from the inside out, pushing you towards longevity and balance.

One-on-One Coaching

By working together one-on-one, we will discuss aspects of your health to understand your true relationship with nutrition, health, and lifestyle challenges.  With this knowledge, we will outline your wellness plan and create a customized roadmap on how to work toward stability and your ideal lifestyle.

We can schedule appointments both virtually and in-person to accommodate your calendar. In each meeting, I will teach you about the various educational tools that will work best for you and measure your progress throughout each meeting. Together, we will build a lifestyle that makes you simply happy!

Group Coaching

In group counseling, you will be paired with a community of women while learning about changing your relationship with health, nutrition, and lifestyle changes alongside others. While your path will still have an element of individualization, you will form accountability partners with the others in sessions to help you stay on track throughout your journey.

Each virtual or in-person session will include all the same education as a one-on-one meeting would, so you will still cultivate that balance in your life. If you learn best with others around you, then group coaching is the best option for you!

90-Day Program

If you thrive and desire a challenge and work well with strict time deadlines, then my holistic 90-Day Program is here to help you realize your short-term goals now for a long-lasting lifestyle change. Together, we will create a custom health and wellness regimen built on nutrition, health, and lifestyle changes to give you tangible results.

Whether you are working toward progress for a special reason, like an upcoming wedding or drastic lifestyle change on the horizon, my condensed program will give you insights into yourself so you can practice mindfulness and healthy habits that you can carry through the rest of your life.
